We found him in Madison Heights, City of Southfield, Michigan. He states he is an amateur radio services personal for Oakland County Homeland Security. This is interesting because Kent County and Oakland County are working together in the corruption of family courts. Sean states he is a CERT volunteer and their funding comes from Home Land Security, we believe this how Sean gets he is/has worked for Home Land Security.
